umm... how long has it been. OMG!

wow. i have not been on since we went to the philippines. welll, alot has gone on since then.

I have my full drivers license, i have a bank account im a legal adutl now, i had to go in for fingerprinting so i could continue teaching CCD. and now im in college! wow. and its KILLING ME! OMG! none stop work. wallways doin something. I'm at Rutgers in Mason Gross goin for a degree in Mus Ed. yea... and that's pretty much it. went to a few weddings this summer. did VBS again. (it was soo much fun!) and yea... so... i always says ill try to update more. but heh... that aint gonna happen. LOL! but anyway, its not like anyone reads these or comments anymore. its kinda sad how xanga is like dying.

Kumusta Kayo!

we're now here in the philippines. we actually arrived on wednesday the 31st at 12 noon. lol. that's minight for u. it was a long trip. i called natasha when we stop over in seattle. it was 4 there but i think 7 or 8 for u. still sleeping on the 30th. we went to taipei taiwan from there and arrived at 7 am 31st of may. 7pm 30th of may for u. and our flight to the manila was at 9 and we arrive at 11. thus ending our 23 hour trip to the philippines. i would have caled in taipei, but not only did i run out of battery but i no longer have service. so no matter. so i haven't been able to use a computer til today. were in an internet cafe in nepo mall in dagupan, pangasinan.

to tell u more, when we arrived we met with kuya jim jim, anak ng tita amanda, and he drove us to mangaldan, pangasinan, a 4-5 hour ride. it was very long. at the airport we met kuya jun-jun, anak ng tito douglass, and tito and tita douglass. they left later. we arrive in mangaldan at 7 leaving the airport at 2. alot of traffic. and very hot. lol. we met ate anna-marie, kuya jerry, kuya joseph, anaks ng tita amanda, and nanay and tatay,ninong romeo and tita nancy. also adeling, the house maid and christian, husband of ana-marie and their 2 boys miguel, and hiti??? (that's his nick name. i dont kno the real one.) Nanay is in a whellchair due to her recent stroke but can hear and talk. taty can walk with a walker but cannot hear well.

anyway, thursday we went to dagupan to nepo mall, then that night we went to a party for someone turning 70. jun-jun said  it like were crashing a party b/c we dont kno anyone. lol. really life here is eat sleep talk.... yea, its kinda boring hanging out with the adults b/c they just talk and u dont kno what their saying!

fiday, they prepare for tatay's 94th bday. it was in the house. that night was the party. we didn't do much that day. at the party, i met someone. somehow were related. their child is named François. i was soo surprised. lol. at the party a bungch of old woman got together and sng this song. its really boring and repetative melody. they also sang it the night before at theother party.that night, i went with tita conchuling? wife of uncle beda, ate lete and kuya junjun(different one), anak ng tito beda and gabriel, ariel, darielle?, and marielle (all children of lete) to a resort in dagupan to swim and spend the night. it was alot of fun. the most fun ive had. lol. we also met up with kuya jason, anak ng gloria. they all came from manila, but jason was drunk that night with uncle douglass so he didn't come to the resort.

Saterday, we went swimming again then back the house. then i went with them to manila. mom and the others came the next day. we went to green hills that night to a starbucks with junjun jason gabe and ariel. the car ride was long but nice. we were wathcing movies. (atlantis, madagascar, ice age 2, tarzan) and we stop and eat at a jollibees ( the mcdonalds of the philippines)

Sunday, aunti anne arrived with joanne and i went to 2 malls with jo, one of uncle beda's granddaughters that is 23, daughter of one of uncle beda's daughters, and her boyfirend. It was nice. We went around, talked, didn't really buy anything, but we talked alot. that night mom and the others slept at a hotel and we slept at the house. the children went home because their first day of school is on monday june 5th. lol.

Monday, we went back to pangasinan. mom and the other went shopping in manila and got back home at 10 pm. meanwhile, we did nothing really in pangasinan. jo and i talk to nanay and tatay and we went around the plaza in front of the house and to the market place by the house. then uncle romeo took us behind the house to all the other houses to meet our 2nd cousins ( siblings of tatay and their children, grand children and great grandchildren.) alot of people.

today, we went to annamarie's chool, where she teaches, the public schiool in mangaldan. we went into the 5th grade classroom. there are 46 in one classroom. sooo many students. they are in school from 7:30 to 5:30 with a one hour lunch break in between. they are suppose to where a uniform.( blue dress pants and white dress shirt, green long skirt with white dress shirt) but some cannot afford sor they dont where. classes are devided by sections. 1 is smart, 10 is not smart. it is kinda depressing to see. some children dont have desks, they only have charis. the ones in section 1 have better desks. also at some schools they have to shifts morning and afternoon. gabriel goes to school in the afternoon.  different schifts.

we just went to another party and now the adults are at a salon getting their hair done.

now im trying to learn the language. i kno some stuff. because u feel left out. even the children know and miggy is asking me something, and i dont kno what he's asking. i feel stupid. lol.

anyway, nanay's brithday is on the 12th of june and its gonna be someplace special. The 12 is independece day so its a holiday. that's all for now.

hi. i just finished writing my whole entry and it disappeared. i dont think i can fully update right now because im am extremely depressed, mad, angry,... so ill have to come back to re update this entry, cuz i cant im remember exactly what i wrote and im not not in the mood to write it all over. im just pissed. so yea. ill need to recover and regather my thoughts.

AHHHHHH!! I missed my xanga's 2nd birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY! January 26, 2004

there have been alot of birthday's recently. My mom's was the 4th of jan. natutu's was the 8th of february, and soon on the 25th of february will mark my aniversary working at quick chek.

on other notes. i went for an audition at mason gross last saterday. i dont think i did that bad. what was amazing though was that i was soooo nervous about the audition, but when i was greated by the pianist and went in the room, i just calmed down. and when istarted singing, i was calmish. it was amazing. and the sound of the room was amazing. i was lucky cuz i only had to sing 2 out of my 4 songs.  (and i didn't have to sing the german one which im still trying to memorize. lol.)  I made a little mistake on one of the songs but i dont think it was that bad. anyway. the lady audition person, seemed very intrigued and interested. she was asking all these questions. like for the italian song, she asked for my heritage and who prepared me. I dont kno if it was because my pronounciation was bad or if it was good. she seemed to kno the song cuz she was mouthing the words. lol. then she was like " do u kno ur neighbor ?" because she knos my neighbor. she said the address but im not gonna say it. yea but he came up to me and said " ur appliing to mason gross" and i was like how do u kno! as for the other audtion person, u looked extremely bored. I dont kno if that's because i  was bad or boring. no feeling in my song. I dont kno it was weird looking him. i just ignored him and looked at the ceiling or the interested woman. yea.as for the aural test theory test. easy. interview.... not sure.

regionals choir is over. for the both of us (tutu and me) i had my concert on the 29th. someone fainted and the conductor tried to stop the song but the orchestra  conductor didn't kno and couldn't see. but the girl like fell forward thourgh the people in fron of her. cant say it hasn't happened before. when i was in ABS, my first year, on our last song before intermission, one of my friends fainted. he fell thourgh 2 people too. and just went down. ms. jenkins stopped the song. and we ended there. another time was ruing the recording of aa christmas CD. i was standing next to the person now. i remember him moving forward alittle and then backward alittle and he fell forward and the the chair of the recorder playing person(recorder as in the clarinet/flute intrument)the recorder dude nearely fell forward himself. yea. anyway. the concert was nice. as for natasha;s i couldn't go cuz i had the auditon, BUT I T WAS LIKE AN HOUR AWAY! but the auditorium of that school is AMAZING! wow. new. some kid fainted there too. fell backward. inthe chilcdrens' choir.

snowed yesterday, but im sure u all kno that. i worked yesterday at quick Chek. i was suppose to work in the morning but i was snowed in. so i called out, but the ass. managaer was liek im the only on here. illl see if someone can pick u up. so im like ok. so i waited. then i called back and he waslike he's on his way (the person who's suppose to pick me up) so i waited looking out the window. then i decided to look from another window. i decided to call back again since it was an hour later and no one showed up. i called back and the ass. managaer said the person was waiting on the road for 20 min and i never came out. and i was like WHAT! no one was in front of my place onthe road. then he says, " we dont have ur number" i gave them my niber on my appplication a year ago! andway. the real story cuz i was talking to the guy who was suppose to ick me up. he couldn't go on my road, cuz it was snowed in, but he waited on the side road. he called the ass. manager to call me and tell me to look out the side road. so anyway. my uncle picked me up at 12 and i worked till 8. i was expecting to go home earlier to help my mom shovel, but i could never finish my work and preperations. u would think for a sunday on a snow storm day, that i wouldn't be busy, at lunch when i came, it was busy and then around 4 - 8 it was busy! OMG! all these spanish people came to the deli in like groups of 5 and ask for 5,6,7 sandwishes, and then there's a line and then another gourp comes in. when we finish making the sandwiches, we get back to preps and then another group comes a minute later. it was unbelievabl busy. usually weeknights are deadish, week days are the most alivve, weekedn mornings are not as alive as weekdays but their alittle busy. weekend nights and very dead .sunday is usually the deadest day, but this sunday could have been busier than a week day morning. it was crazy! i guess everyone came here cuz were the only ones open. lol.

That's all for now. thank goodness we didn't have school today. i needed the rest. now natasha sick, cuz she doesn't kno how to take care of herself. u kno what sucks is i have a yearbook deadline this thursday, and the day off, may delaty it. ok g2g. bye.

Wow. I just realized that my xanga still says Merry Christmas.

Anyway, my life has been normal. Alittle busier since we started regional choir practices. I just saw my cuzin' michelle at her school when we practiced there yesterday. that was like WHOA!

i got some replies from colleges. I was accepted into The University of the Sciences in Philly, and Rutgers. I was not accepted into The pharmacy school at rutgers because i also spplied to the music school mason gross. and for them i still need to go for an audition. yea. so now i think ive finally decided to just major in music ed.

Were doin Camelot. Still don't know our parts. We would have known today if practice wasn't canceled b/c of snow! i was working since 7 and then we went there and no one was there. i was like WHAT! lol. this morning was soooo cold. OMG! i couldn't open the car door. IT WAS FROZEN! wow.

finally saw the rest of narnia yesterday (actually saw the whole thing over again) after that fire thing that got everyone kicked out last time. yea. didn't really like the ending. I dont like how they get old and then come back. (actually, i dont like them getting old period) then they cant go back. that sucks. and the ending didn't say anything else about the war and their father.other than that, it wasn't that bad. i liked it. that girl lucy, cries too much though.

NHS sponsored a dance last friday. I was selling tickets outside and then water inside. it wasn't that bad.well, then again. they found alchohol in someone's car right b4 the dance. then at the end of the dance, 15 guys reported that their wallets and or cell phones were missing and girls said that their purses on the bleachers had been like attacked. makeup was everywhere and they said their wallets and cells were taken. this was like a big shock. yea...

Mid terms this week. NOOOOO!!!!! i dont want midterms. i was sooo sad. friday was my last band class. It was my very first class when i was a freshman. i still remeber that my schedule said band room but i didn't ikno where the heck that was. and the guy i asked said it was downstairs in oneil. i was too scared to go down. no one was goin that way and it was dark. i asked someone else and he pointed me to the right spot. and that wqas first class. wow. Mr. Braga is great. not as a teacher, but like HA! laughing-wise. lol. all his jokes and just.... him. lol. our school really needs a music department. that's what i wanna start. ima become a music teacher and start an actual music program there. with a band, marching band, choir(mayb even a joint choir with mount sait mary's and joint band too) that would b a good idea. Like a regular school or public school. WHAT kind of school doesn't have a music program. that's what almost took me away from music, but lucky for me, edison high brought me back.
